Summarize the case study : Tokopedia is an electronic trading company or often called an online shop. Since itsfounding in 2009, Tokopedia has been transformed into a high degree that has influence not onlyin Indonesia but also in Southeast Asia. Tokopedia has a leading business marketplace inIndonesia that allows individuals, small shops and brands to open and manage online stores.Until now, Tokopedia is included as the most visited marketplace by the people of Indonesia.Since its launch, Tokopedia's basic services can be used by everyone for free. Tokopedia alsosupports the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and individuals to develop theirbusinesses by marketing products online with the Government and other parties. One of thecollaborative programs initiated by Tokopedia is the annual MAKERFEST event held sinceMarch 2018. Since 2018, Tokopedia also presents the Tokopedia Center. This experience centerhas been launched in several cities in Indonesia, two of which are Boyolali and Padang. Throughthe Tokopedia Center, visitors can make online-to-offline (O2O) transactions, pay bills, buytickets, get information on how to use the Tokopedia app, shop interactively, and even findinspiration to start an online business for free. The latest case was experienced by the Grenpeel account, a porter in Tokopedia,one of the largest online market platforms in Indonesia, which lost Rp. 118 million. HisTokopodia account was hacked by someone unknown on November 20. The online robberystarted with a WhatsApp account that was used to manage a hacked Tokopedia account.
