Unformatted text preview: Completed SPSS Tutorial (Part II) In the SPSS Tutorial Working with Output section, users have the option of displaying the output in the Viewer window as a table, chart, graph or text. The Viewer window is divided into the outline pane and content pane and depending on users preference, SPSS allows users to hide, collapse, rearrange and/or reformat output items. Results are displayed in Pivot Tables and SPSS users can further modify tables and transpose rows and columns. Pivot Trays allow SPSS users to order and arrange data which can be particularly useful when handling tables with nested categories. TableLooks is a feature in SPSS that allows you to efficiently display label for variables and values in a meaningful way. The Sample window is a feature that allows you to preview changes. As a side note, SPSS users can export results to a MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel files, as well as, to HTML.
