Answer of Question 1: When we see the percentiles, the number (2, 3, and 4) is assigned equally in those 25%, 50%, and 75%. Meanwhile, the S.D. seems to be relatively large as the data point tends to be quite wide. So, the result is not obvious. And say for example, if we can see the data in percentiles which is (3, 4, 4) for 25%, 50%, 75%, that would be more obvious to indicate that respondents are jobs satisfied.
