E.g UA,Mcdonalds usage is extensive & they can get cash value(directly reduction attractive). According to the statistic, we find out 95% hold the octopus and 2.4 million customers have joined the reward program. Wellcome can have competitive advantages in reward program. Finding 2: Development of company From companies view: Parknshop and Vanguard: Got the primary data and they have huge database. E.g buying pattern more effective promotion/ discount. Help to make more right decisions. Welcome: Got data from Octopus secondary data, they may not get the useful information from octopus limited for their own purpose....
