Identify challenges faced and opportunities available to companies in the Czech Republic as they have moved from nationalized to privatized entities. When the Czechoslovakia split into separate countries, the Czech Republics government initiated a movement to privatize companies that were previously owned by the government, this gave companies more room to branch out and to seek their own profits and employees. The challenges faced were relying on their own resources to make innovative products to sell in the Czech Republic as well as the European markets.
