To familiarize you with typical stereotypes toward older workers and the managerial implications of these stereotypes. B. To provide you with factual information regarding older workers. 2. Out – Of – Class Preparation Time: 10 minutes to complete the older worker questionnaire 3. In – Class Time Suggested: 20 – 30 minutes for group and class discussion of all items on the older worker questionnaire. 4. Procedures: Prior to the class meeting in which this exercise will be discussed, you should read any material on older workers assigned by your instructor and complete the Older Worker Questionnaire. EXHIBIT 1.22 THE OLDER WORKER QUESTIONNAIRE Mark the statements “T” for true or “F” for false. 1. Younger workers tend to have higher job satisfaction that older ones. 2.
