You will also identify several management development methods and learn the elements of succession planning. Lastly, you will discover the components of performance management systems and the differences between administrative and developmental uses of performance appraisals. Have you ever been part of an organization that implemented succession planning as part of its replacement process? Consider the difficulties that organizations may encounter during this process.
