Savings Incorporating in Delaware can provide significant cost savings. State fees for incorporation can range from $50 to $355 depending on which state a business is incorporated in. In Delaware, however, the cost is only $89, making it the tenth lowest in the country. 2 Beyond the low startup costs, incorporating in Delaware can result in substantial tax savings.
