Nathan Hoch KNH 120C Final Paper My fitness levels this semester have gotten progressively better. I started out the class having injured my hamstring a few weeks before class began, so I had not been able to do much physical activity for some time. As our class went on I was able to do more and more and gradually build up to where I am now and that is being able to run, squat, and jump without any pain or fear of re-injury. My goals were as follows: I would like to increase my bicep size from 18 to 20 inches by the end of the semester. I would like my hamstring to completely heal so that I can run a mile in under 8 minutes by our last fitness evaluation. I would like to get to the point where I can see six of my abdominal muscles while without flexing, by the end of the semester. I would like to increase my vertical jump from 32 inches to 34 inches by the end of the semester. I would like to be able to swim five consecutive laps in the pool without stopping by the end of the semester. While I was only able to achieve three of the five goals I laid out I feel very
