Purpose: The purpose of this lab is to understand and use the technique of absorption spectroscopy to create a calibration curve. This lab reiterates the formula of Beer’s Law and stoichiometric calculations. This lab also reinforces the proper use of a Mohr pipet along with basic measuring techniques.
