1. At the current time, the firm’s primary goals are: Business getting, being productive, billing efficiency, offering better service. Find a balance that allocates the points between seniority and other young lawyers according to their performance. That is, to proportionally reduce some points from seniorities who are not as productive as before in order to give points to other young lawyers; Meanwhile, to increase points to young and productive lawyers in case that they would leave to work for competitors for higher profit. To figure out a better way for the firm to assess performance. To figure out a wealth of technical details such as write-offs of time, special treat with Paula O’Brien. 2.The goals identified in the last question are not the same with those when the firm was founded. When the firm was found, the goal was to deliver outstanding legal services by providing a harmonious place to work for truly superior legal minds. The factors that caused the changes are as follows:
