In the table below, categorize different leadership approaches that could be used in the work environment you have described. Leadership recommendation The recommendation I chose for the best leadership approach is the Supportive approach. This is important because we deal with a lot of negative things on the job on a daily basis and it is always good to know that the leader is there to not only pick you up but back you up as well. This does wonders for the security teams confidence level. Without that grounded support they would not be as motivated to do their job as they are, therefore a Supportive approach is the best.
