The Impact of HRM CheckPoint After reviewing my fellow classmates responses to this discussion question there were several great ideas discussed within in this thread. The best ideas that were presented were to improve the pay and benefits of a company. I feel that giving raises to your employees that are performing exceptionally well is an excellent way to motivate them as well as the surrounding employees. Providing pay raises, weekly or monthly bonuses, and/or daily or weekly incentives will definitely be motivating and encouraging to everyone while this also gives them another purpose for working beside their regular base pay. Encouraging your employees to work hard comes with a price if you want them to perform to their fullest capabilities which in return will increase the company’s production and sales revenue. Providing your employees with extensive training to sharpen their skills, competitive wages and advancement opportunities will aid in ensuring that you retain your employees without a high turn-over.
