For those that come to work and prove their over achieving work efforts weekly I will reward them with extra bonus pay, gift certificates, paid day off, or leave work an hour early and paid for that hour. I think that implementing different weekly/monthly incentives will definitely motivate them. I will also make daily morning announcements of any daily cash spiffs going on; for this will certainly get there morning going and keep them motivated throughout the day. There is nothing like going to work, not on payday, and knowing that there is a possibility that you could leave work anyway with a little extra cash in hand earned for your hard work....
