Determine which three options would be appropriate for a large company and which three options would be appropriate for a small company. Then, enter your choices into the recruiting column. Repeat this procedure for selecting, orienting, and training. Finally, answer the following question: Who performs each of these functions in a large and a small company? Explain your answers. Large Company A large company usually will do it’s recruiting from within allowing their current and seasoned employees an advancement within the company. They are also more than likely to have an extensive screening process in which the candidate must complete and pass any background checks, verification of references, skill assessment test, multiple interviews conducted by several decision-makers etc… in order to work for the company. A large company will usually provide an in depth employee handbook that layout all the details and specifics of company policies, employee responsibilities, pay structures, as well as other important information. They also include extended and comprehensive training programs to ensure their employee skill set meets
