I believe that all four philosophers had very interesting views indeed; although, it is clear that some of these philosophers were influenced by personal experiences. However, I would have to say that my views are closest to those of Arthur Schopenhauer. I believe that we are all governed under the laws of our own human infinite abilities and intellect. We were all born with the same infinite power to manifest our own desires of happiness, but the knowledge we have been given and through life experiences are what has limited our ability to pursue the power of will from within. Just as Arthur stated “ science and the humanities as a whole have been mustered, he believed, to picture the universe as reasonable, governed by laws under the master of the rational human intellect” (Moore & Bruder, 2008, Pg. 153) .
