The surrounding of the nail is intact Convex curvature forming 160° and texture of fingernails and toenails are smooth. Color varies from light to reddish in color. Intact epidermis Normal Hair Evenly distributed hair, thick. Client’s hair is slightly oily with some lice. Early distributed, thick hair, silky and resilient. No infestations Abormal Skull and Face Skull is rounded and normocephalic and symmetrical. Smooth skull contour. Uniform consistency, absence of nodules Symmetric facial features and facial movement Rounded (normocephalic and symmetrical with frontal, parietal an occipital prominences; smooth skull contour; uniform consistency; absence of nodules or masses
