Let us take a briefly look at data warehousing, which in my opinion does all the ground work for your organization in the form of collecting information from different databases within the organization and storing all this data and information in these large warehouses to be distributed later on down the road. After all information has been gathered and stored, it is then captured by what analyst call data mining, which is sometimes known as(data or knowledge discovery), which is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and summarizing it into useful information – information that can be used to increase revenue, cuts cost, or both.
