LEADERSHIP STYLE 2 Leadership Style Sometimes it is difficult to evaluate yourself and determine what your traits are. When starting to decide on what style I am for this paper, I found it was relatively easy for me after reading the chapters on the various styles. What I consider my own leadership style is servant- leadership. Servant-leadership focuses on increased service to others rather than to oneself (Kinicki & Kreitner 2009, p. 365). For many years before I was even in management for jobs or personal like this is something that has always been a part of my life. This stems from people who have influenced me growing up. My mother and father both worked in an industry that was working for others. Early on in life, I was very active helping others as well. I did it with my family and individually. Leader behaviors are important to everyone not only someone who may be in a leadership role.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
