LEARNING THEORIES 2 Learning Theories I believe that there are too many learning theories to pick just too any company justice in learning in organizations. Many learning styles that are encompassed in organization make them successful. Comparing and contrasting significant elements of the certain theories leave out other ideals and theories that come into play when sand employee is in the learning environment. For this assignment, I am going to look at the formal versus informal learning process along with the role of the employee in the learning process. Informal learning takes place while the trainer and the trainee are in their role on the job. During this time, there is also the formal learning process that does take care of the company’s mission and the employee’s role in the company. During this time, it becomes a fine balance between the formal training and informal training.
