Ezzeldin Women should not work Inroduction Steve job’s essay entitled “Men era should be back” is a compilation of opinions that Steve put together in the 18 th of July, 2008. A t that time Steve was writing a column for the daily stars newspaper. Attempt to prove that the women becoming increasingly career oriented is dangerous. Aiming to persuade, Steve aims to convince by providing a plethora of information and credible examples of how the new women movement affects the American society. Steve discusses an issue of grave importance and presents different points of view; however, there are some parts of the article that need to be examined closely. Summary Changing women’s role has threatened the extinct of several family and health values. The first victim of the women’s movement is the family, children are left with baby-sitters for more than half a day, it was quietly clear during the Gulf War crisis the danger of such phenomena, as children who both parents where in the army suffered, sitting all day with neighbors or relatives. The pressure of full-time employment has led to the break-up of millions of families, resulting in even less parent-child contact. Most of the tax payers money is spent in courts, trying to obtain
