How taste and smell influence your health and behaviors Portfolio Evaluation The portfolio is a record of activities for the course, which documents student’s engagement, work and reflection on these course activities. The portfolio must be a small three-ringed notebook with dividers for the major sections of the course as listed below. Students will develop the portfolio throughout the semester based on reflections on readings, assignments, and application of information. The instructor will evaluate the portfolio three times during the semester; students will receive specific and individual feedback on their work and progress on the portfolio components. Grading will reflect the evolving nature of the portfolio and the student’s response to the instructor feedback scored on the following scale: * Score 0: No evidence of work on the item is present (or poorly labeled).
