Rakotoarimanana Jean Maurice Article 04 Discussion Questions There are several good strategies for going online anonymously, which don’t require users to be an expert hacker to use them. Knowing these strategies will help to reduce the risk of losing sensitive data or to protect user online privacy. Private browsing is one way to block web site from leaving cookies, browser will not record sites histories, file download history, web cache, and username and passwords. This will block the information which normally stored during browser sessions, and not leave any trace for hackers to get. You can make sure you don’t leave your private information behind. However, private browser may be effective for casual browser, but it is not fool proof. Even with private browsing on, the domain names of visited, Flash- enabled sites will be recorded to the library.
