Megan Gueli Monday 2-4 pm Due: March 6, 2012 Laboratory Report 4 VO2 Maximum and Aerobic Energy Calculations Purpose: Through 4 subjects performing a continuous treadmill test for 10 to 14 minutes, each subject attempted to reach his or her VO2 maximum. By monitoring their heart rate, VO2, and VCO2 during the run, it can then be determined if his or her VO2 peak was actually reached. Furthermore, the effects of gender differences, and body mass will be studied.
