Megan Gueli Monday 2-4 pm Due: February 20, 2012 Laboratory Report 3 Measurement of Anaerobic Energy Transfer Purpose: For this experiment two different power tests will be performed: The Wingate Test and the Margaria-Kalamen Stair-Sprinting Test. These tests will then be used to determine the subject’s peak power output, anaerobic capacity, and anaerobic fatigue. This data will then be used to observe relationships between power output and body mass, and gender. Then an experiment of Lactic Threshold will be performed in order to observe the relationship between lactate concentration and exercise intensity.
