While dealing with Weber’s evaluation about patrimonial system of Islamic society, it is clearly out of reality that the allegation which asserts sociology of Weber is a criticism on Marx. There is a great consensus of opinion between Weber’s concept of patrimonialism about analyzing the Asian society, Marx’s Asian type of production form about India and China. Marx and Engels express that states monopolize property by their peculiar problems of watering. In such that society, economic classes did not develop on European line and class conflict which is main mechanism of social exchange was not existed. Because of that, Asian societies are described as a contradictory structural stagnant. Both Marx and Weber explain that there is no process from feudalism to capitalism.
