Aziz 3- Quality Assurance : - It is a multi functional and operate as part of a continual cycle for system improvement : 1- Identify objectives in relation to workable standards ( minimum standard of accepted performance ) 2- Establishing benchmark or target against the actual performance that can be measured . 3- Collect internal or external information for comparative purpose to improve the system .

Aziz 4- Quality Control : - Using a statistical tools to analyses the quality performance and then compared to the established standards ( quality assurance ) . - It includes the following : 1. Measure and confirm actual performance . 2. Compare target and actual performance 3. Create performance variance 4. Identify performance variance (e.g. earned value analysis EVA) 5. Initiate corrective actions and responsibilities 6. Create and monitor reporting system .

Free corrupted system 2. All plans and strategies for improvement are correctly implemented . 3. Reporting system complied with standard. 4. Monitoring and control systems are correctly applied . 5. Quality assurance are observed . 6. Corrective actions are set .

Aziz 6- Quality Assurance Plan and Review * Quality Assurance plan ( QAP) can be formulated by producing a quality assurance matrix using organization breakdown structure (OBS) and work break down structure (WBS) elements , broken down into work package and assigned using Task responsibility Matrix (TRM) * Quality Assurance Review (QAR) acts as on –going control of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) .
