This icon would become a staple in the minds of not only a small sect of people, but reaching international fame. Using television shows, product picks and magazines, this mega-icon would reach out to her people. II. Summary paragraph - Introduce the essay on Oprah Winfrey and her influence. III. Sub-theme #1 paragraph - Introduces The Oprah Show and her media empire, which includes her promotion of products, and her book club. 1. Example: Her show broadcasts to122 countries. 2. Example: Oprah.com has 2.2 million unique visitors.
