18:39 Positive Organizational Scholarship ∙      We only have measurements of the individual but what about groups? ∙      Moral group interventions are more cost effective, more powerful, and more  contagious. ∙      National indicators of well-being include moral of the whole group and family. How do we study moral? ∙      Individual and group-level measurements! ∙      The whole is more or less than the sum. ∙      You can have good members and a bad team or average members and a GREAT  team. ∙      Several components of moral include confidence, enthusiasm, optimism, etc. ∙      Current research looks at an unhealthy work environment including group conflict,  harassment, bias, and prejudice.  Focus is on the negatives/weaknesses! ∙      How do we focus on the strengths of the organization instead of the weaknesses?
