Learning Questions 1. How permanent or temporary is the change? I think JVA should make this change as a temporary change according to the economy situation. JVA did really well until the economy crash. Which is understandable, it happened to a lot other big and small business around the world, instead of internal managerial problem. I think JVA needs to change it HR structure for the best interests of the company and the employees. As situation changes, JVA should adjust its structure as needed for the best interest of the company and employees. 2. How much will employees lose by the change? I do think if the change is made right, the current employees may be cut on some of the very nice benefit and discounts in sizes, but still will have benefit and discounts. While some employees may face losing the job according to their contributions to the company. 3. How much will JVA Corp. save by the change? JVA will save up the 3% of the additional expenses on employee benefits, which
