EECE 643: Computer-Aided Circuit Engineering Laboratory Project #10 1. Generate a SPICE input file using text editor for a MOSFET amplifier shown in the following figure. Please find: (a) the magnitude and phase angle of output voltage; (b) the magnitude of the input current if the frequency is varied from 10Hz to 100MHz in decade increment and 10 points per decade. The peak input voltage is 200 mV. The model parameters of NMOS are VTO=2.5, KP=4.5E-2, CBD=5PF, RD=5, RS=2, RB=0, RG=0, RDS=1MEG, CGSO=1PF, and CGBO=1PF. Run Probe with curves for (1) Transient; (2) AC Sweep.
