There are several techniques that I use to remember what I have studied. I like to read over key words in the material several times so that I do not forget them. I will also look up more information about the material in the search engine. Being in a quiet room with no distractions and some music helps me to focus more on what I am studying. After reviewing the text, I have found some more techniques that can be helpful in remembering and understanding the material better. Unformatted text preview: your life can be really distracting; reducing your stressors is a great way to stay focused. Finding connections between your life and what’s going on in your courses can make your classes more interesting, and it can help you to remember the courses material better. I currently use all of these techniques and they work great. I would like to add a technique that I have not tried, but I would like to try it. I think that if we were to read our material out loud and even record it; we would understand and remember it better....
