The name of the recipe I am evaluating is Rosemary Pot Roast . After going through a list of meals that I like, this is the one I like most. I chose this recipe because I like eating meat, and I would like to have a healthy balance in foods. I have never tried this recipe, but I plan to get a crockpot and pick up some ingredients this weekend so I can try it out. There are many essential nutrients included in this recipe. The nutrients that are included in this recipe are: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. The amounts of essential nutrients are as follows: 22.16 grams of total carbohydrates, 33.7 grams of total fat, 33.27 grams of protein, 128.24 milligrams of vitamin A, 15.3 milligrams of vitamin C, 62.69 milligrams of calcium, and 6.14 milligrams of iron. These many nutrients are essential to our health and wellness. The ingredients that are put into this recipe are providing for each nutrient, which is listed above.
