There are some obstacles that can prevent individuals from getting regular physical activity. Some obstacles would be: lack of time, social influence, lack of motivation, and lack of resources. These obstacles can keep us from staying in shape and losing some weight. There are possible solutions we can use to overcome these obstacles. If it is a lack of time that is the problem; take a good look at your schedule, and try to find 30 minutes a day. You can even choose exercises that will not take too much time. Your
