Activity Responsible Party Due Date Complete performance evaluations of all employees Sr. Massage Therapist/Manager Annually based upon start date Review salaries and other incentives for market competitiveness Sr. Massage Therapist/Manager Annually based upon start date Compare current finances to future projections President/CEO Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Identify deviances in financials President/CEO Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Take corrective action on any issues presented Sr. Massage Therapist/Manager and/or President/CEO As needed The diversions of potential road blocks on the path of financial success are just as important as the initial marketing plan. In reference to the performance evaluations, if an employee is performing below acceptable standards, a reprimand will be in order; tables turned, if an employee is performing well above required standards is eligible for an incentive. When comparing finances, if it is discovered that the financial situation is not indicative
