Building muscle will raise your metabolism, do activities with less energy and you will put less stress on your joints. Flexibility Flexibility refers to the capability to move joints through their entire range of motion, from a flexed to an extended position. Stretching is a great way to build flexibility. Stretch before you exercise and after you exercise to increase your flexibility and reduce your risk of injury. Stretching reduces soreness in your muscles after you exercise. Stretching also improves balance and posture. Body Composition Body composition is the percentages of fat, bone and muscle in human bodies. To improve your body composition you need to eat better, beginning with lean protein and bad carbohydrates. Eating better will help to improve your body composition, making you at lower risk of heart disease and will improve your self-esteem....
