2 Motorola, Inc. Abstract Motorola, Incorporated is the international leader in wireless broadband, and automotive communication technologies and electronic products. Motorola, Inc. has been inventing communication and electronic devices since the late 1920s. Even though Motorola, Inc. has been a major player in the electronic and communications fields, they have had outstanding threats and opportunities externally. Motorola, Inc has much notable strength, in such areas as its branding strategies, innovativeness, and customer focus. Motorola, Inc also has weaknesses such as customer displeasure with their products and faulty equipment. Motorola, Inc has many advantages and disadvantages to their strategic options. However, there are a few things that they need to improve to make sure that they continue to remain a competitor in the communication and electronic industries.
