Course Description:
The course is divided into lecture series covering the wide scope of the multi-dimensional and the
multi-disciplinary nature of management with peculiar emphasis on effectiveness of management
practice and organizational objective. Each lecture is presented in a form that allows for a
theoretical study of the principles, theories and concepts underlining the practice of management.
Applications of real life cases are also used to draw close the objective of the course. In addition,
each lecture is ended with review questions to assist students test their understanding.
