Reflections on Nutrition This nutrition course has been interesting and educational. I have ascertained a great many notable aspects of nutrition. Before the course began I understood that nutrition was tremendously important to the human body but I was not aware that the body needs many different nutritional elements to function properly or to even function at a minimum. It was my thinking that as long as I was receiving the basic substances that was all that my body needed to function. This course has clarified my awareness that the tiniest traces and an insufficient amount of certain elements that I had originally thought that were not so important can cause a substantial impact that can change the natural functioning of the body and its systems. All the nutritional elements are important even the tiniest traces are needed for the human body to function properly and at its optimum performance. The assignment I most enjoyed and seemed to get the most out of was that of
