Our report includes the results of a survey handed out to the managers and employees of Zara regarding store meetings. The information is presented in graphs located in the appendix and analyzed within the body of the report. The answers collected from an interview with the general manager, Annie Theriault, and a brief history of Zara is also included. The reports main contents are the communication structure within Zara, the different meetings that are held, and the effectiveness of these meetings. From the results of the survey and interview, our group has discovered the weak areas within Zaras internal communication. We have also provided some recommendations that may improve the effectiveness of their meetings.
