The company is experiencing a declining net profit. Desert communications has added new products and services for the convenience of their customers. These new products and services are part of a strategic plan to capitalize on the added services of the communications industry. A team of management staff was asked to integrate strategies that would help generate the profit needed. The team will introduce methods in operational changes, training and development, and team collaboration. The management team will provide information on improving customer service, communicating within teams, and team collaboration. The plan will also help strengthen team dynamics and understanding the operational changes and how it will affect each team as a part of the group. This strategic plan will enhance the organizations’ success as far as achieving future goals and improving the operation of the company. Operational changes Considering the changes the telecommunications industry Desert Communications Inc., finds the company loosing profit. The company is embarking on a strategic adventure to incorporate new products and reallocating resources. A training curriculum was devised and rolled out to the company from the top down. An executive meeting will be held to present top management with information that will explain how this strategic plan will help the company to function more efficiently.
