Legal ascent I get a 2008 car that’s under warranty and has 30,000 miles for $10,000. So I buy the car thinking that it’s a good deal, but I find out that it was a sales rep’s car and it actually has 300,000 miles on the car. So what happens is that you take the difference of the money that the car is actually worth and what you paid for it.
