Organizational Chart The organization chart is the visual representation of the formal organization that provide; how employees and tasks are grouped, Shows how the lines of communication and authority flow. Work Specialization Work Specialization, or the division of labor , is the specialization in or responsibility for some portion of an organization’s overall work tasks.
