The Cloud Imperative lays out a blueprint for cloud computing consider a response to the political, social and economic realities that drive federal, state and local governments both to improve the services and save money. Cloud computing has become the authoritative for state and local governments. The purpose of constructing the cloud environment must be carefully planned, well understood, and must be well articulated to builders, buyers and users of the system. In the process of building the hardware and assets can be combined with configurations and numerous ways to deliver the many different services such as the applications, development platforms, and entire computing infrastructures. Technology provides an elasticity that shape clouds to their intended purpose and an it enables state and local government customers to move between competing cloud solutions with limited disruption to operations. Technology has become a safeguard with cloud computing so that the trust of confident users is not violated (“Forbes”) . A Point of Sale System, also known as a POS system is a fairly new piece of
