Unformatted text preview: making mistakes is an important part of life and I’m glad they brought that up. Most of all, I like that these people are leaders and they help their team to become successful and learn to be leaders as well. There were also things that the store managers told us about that did not make me feel as if I would like to work at one of the stores. First of all, I feel that if I wanted to own my own business then being a store manager really does not qualify. If you have many other bosses to report to, then I don’t feel that this can be considered owning a business. Also, I would not be interested in working weekends even though I know that is required for many jobs in retail. Ultimately, I do not see myself working in one of these stores because I am not passionate about the business. However, it truly is a pleasure to hear from people who love what they do because I feel that this is the most important part of having a career....
