Week 11 -12 Course Information LL041 Communications Fall 2008 Please read the list of important information carefully. 1) Friday's class will be held in the same micro labs as last week: Green Section - 9:30 a.m. in A012 (basement level A-wing) Blue Section - 11 a.m. in C122A (small room inside of Open Access) 2) Computers will be available for any of the following activities during class time: - last-minute research - drafting the written report - editing the written report - completing the bibliography - creating documents for the oral presentation - editing documents for the oral presentation 3) Students must bring their own copy cards for all printing in the lab on Friday. 4) I will return the Progress Reports in class on Friday. 5) The final written project is due on Friday, Nov. 21 by 3 p.m. You can submit it in class, or at my office, A126. You can submit it to me personally (best option), or in the

Unformatted text preview: assignment drop box if I am not available. 6) For the final report, turn in a Portfolio with the following documents:- your signed copies of the Code of Conduct- your Progress Report- your final Written Report- the assignment page (- any other relevant documents) Put all the above documents in a pocket folder and attach a cover sheet (with all identifying information) to the front of the folder. 7) Groups will give their oral presentations beginning next week (Mon/Tues). The groups will present according to their group number or letter (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C). If you need a different presentation day, you need to find a group that will change days with you and inform me of the change. DO NOT MISS YOUR PRESENTATION DAY/TIME....
