It may sound like somebody's poking fun at people across the city. But the names are very serious. They're the key to  winning the millions of dollars we spend in this city every year. It's all about the retail intelligence you litter every time you head out to the store. You've bought beer, computers, newspapers, clothing. Everything and anything. You've racked up points at Esso
