With the answer provided in the exercises, I scored higher in hygiene factors with the job responsibility as the most job satisfaction requirement. Being recognized for what has been done is the great motivator for an individual to keep moving. Other motivational factors are as well good and are highly needed for a healthy working environment. However, I hold more on the belief that job satisfaction comes on top of anything.
