Those challenges are similar to the challenges encountered by organizations that accommodate employee diversity. Diverse employees mean having diverse culture so cultural differences will always be a challenge. For example, an organization with employees with different ethnical background have different perspectives, may have differences on the beliefs and attitudes. Such differences are not always assimilated by every member of the organization and there is always a possibility to that conflict can arise out of those differences....
