Keeping the people to grow in a strong culture is among its best strategic endeavour that has highly contributed on keeping the organization on top for many years. Through application of the same strategies, the organization is unfailingly able to grasp success highly capable in maintaining the effectiveness of its organization and has proudly maintained and established a healthy culture. General Electric’s successful establishment of a strong unity among all of its business units throughout the world is another great asset that has great contribution in progressive success of the organization. The few mentioned good attributes of the organization has made the company pretty attractive to many job hunters who developed impression that General Electrics is a desirable place to work where great and fully innovative ideas are created and brought out altogether to life. The culture of General Electrics has been built far different from any other organization with ordinary culture. The organization has come up with a high- performance culture putting stress and importance on a highly successful and a quality superior business. The superiority in business performance is seen in the company’s financial stability all throughout many decades and in its ever-growing profitability as MGT 245 reflected in the company’s records throughout the economic cycle.
